Shipping Policy

Shipment:

Our shipping timing for orders delivery varies for different products and categories. It will be mentioned on the product page, informed on order confirmation, any delays will be informed accordingly, or if not informed it may be because of no communication (Email / Phone) working or defined. There can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance or may be any undefined reason. The delay can further go up to 5-6 working days or more. We are not responsible for any kind of delays nor if that delay is not informed to customer for Domestic or International customers who gave order using any kind of payment method.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the location you select and cannot be refunded. We take no responsibility, if there are any additional charges in terms of custom or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan). The custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

UK Delivery

1: Delivery to UK & NI for orders under £100 is £5 standard fee

2: Delivery to UK & NI for orders over £100 is free of charge

3: All orders for next day delivery are sent the same day (Working Day) if ordered before 1pm UK time. (Its usually one day unless an event like Eid, Holidays etc or a big collection has been released)

4: Once dispatches, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number

5; We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur once an order has been dispatched by us and we are unable to control such issues

Worldwide Delivery:

1: Delivery to Europe is £15 with a duration of 5-10 working days.

2: Delivery to the rest of the world is £30 with a duration of 7-10 working days.

3: Orders are usually processed withing 1-2 working days.

4: Orders are dispatched from Monday – Friday and not on Saturday and Sunday

5: Once dispatches, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

6: We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur once an order has been dispatched by us and we are unable to control such issues

7: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These duties and/or taxes may apply to your order depending on your local legislation.
