Returns Policy

All of the images used on the website are provided by the original designer. We sell art work and embroidered designer clothes and there is a margin of 10% of variation in the designs. This comes directly through the designer and we have no control over it. By placing an order on our website you agree to the margin of 10% of the possible variation in the pictures and the garments received.

1: All returns for whatever reason are only accepted within 14 days of sale only. No returns are accepted after 14 days.

2: Once the items are dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original condition i.e. clean, intact, with all tags still attached by their original means and in their original packaging.

3: All items will have security tags and if upon the return, if we notice that the tags have been tampered with, then your return will be void. In order to return the items, all Tags must be on the item.

4: Items that have deodorant stains, makeup marks or odours will not be accepted as returns. If your return is accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment and a refund receipt will be emailed to you within 7-10 working days from when we confirm receipt for your item.

5: You are responsible for the safe return of products to us. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

6: Postage (Both ways) is paid by the buyer and its non-refundable. If you are given a free delivery because your order was over a certain threshold for free delivery and you return some item(s) from that order, then you will pay for the postage and packaging.

7: All returns should be posted to the return address provided on the returns form and no returns or exchanges will be accepted by in-store.

Pre-Order and Made on Order Item(s):

1: All pre-order items are not accepted for return/exchange because these are selected for your size when you place the order. Hence these cannot be accepted back for a return/exchange or a credit note.

2: Made on order items are specifically made for yourself when you place the order. These orders are non-returnable whatsoever. No Return/Exchange/ or credit note on made on order items is possible.

Cancellation:

1: Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request. However, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

2: If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the item. There are a number of reasons we might not accept your order, for example:

3: We have identified an error in the price or description of the product.

4: We have identified that the item is out of stock.

Sale Items:

1: There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to either being end of the season, or have minor marking, or have slight damage or have a colour difference.

2: Therefore, any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault.

3: Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
